A transformation occurs when wheat flour meets water, gluten bonds, yeast feasts, bubbles rise, orchestrating the magic concealed within the guise of ordinary bread. I work with flour for years to make objects from bread to lamp, and here I want to reveal the tension under and within the crust — at times ultra-fluid transcending the mold that bounds it. So I imagine a world full of these tiny creatures… Here it comes a group of jellyfish-looking creatures drenched in the rain, with their luminescent bodies, making mesmerizing beats that echo the sound of raindrops.
